Delete Your Account
Remove your PackTogether account and all associated data.
How to delete
In the app (instant)
- Open PackTogether
- Go to the Profile tab
- Tap Settings
- Tap Privacy
- Tap Delete Account
- Type DELETE to confirm
By email
If you can't access the app, email us and we'll process your request within 30 days.
Email privacy@packtogether.comWhat gets deleted
- Your profile, name, email, and avatar
- Events you created, including packing lists
- All item claims and expense records
- Bags, photos, and activity history
- Friend connections within the app
This is permanent and cannot be undone.
In shared events, your contributions will show as "Deleted User" to other participants.
Data retention
- Most data is deleted within 30 days
- Anonymized transaction records may be kept up to 7 years for legal compliance
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days
